90 Days Return / Return Policy


Here you will find detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. The policy is calculated from the date the order is received. Please check whether any of the following conditions apply to you and whether the items fall under our 90-day return policy.

The following reasons are covered by our FULL COVERAGE 90-Day Return / Exchange Policy

(ISWANAN is responsible for return shipping costs and replacement fees.)

  • We sent the wrong order or wrong items.
  • You received defective items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective.
  • Dressiness problem.

The following reasons are covered by our LIMITED SERVICE COVERAGE under the 90-Day Return / Exchange Policy

(The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees. ISWANAN does not refund shipping costs.)

  • You chose the wrong product size.
  • Personal reasons (you changed your mind, taste, etc.).

The following reasons are NOT covered under our 90-day return policy, and we are not responsible for these matters

  • Products exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to chemicals may change the appearance of your ISWANAN product.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or maintenance.

Return Procedure

  1. Submit a support ticket and attach clear photos of items with quality issues.
  2. Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.

Please follow the instructions below

  • Returned items must be new and unworn. They must be kept in the original condition in which you received them.
  • Please contact one of our customer service representatives to request return authorization and return instructions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once your order has been shipped, we immediately begin producing personalized items. If you wish to cancel your purchase, a 30% fee will be charged on your order.
  • ISWANAN reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. If you have any questions regarding cancellations or other policies, please contact our customer service.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email: iswananservices@gmail.com

Shipping

To return your product, please email: iswananservices@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
